Returns

Change of Mind

We are sure that you will love your purchase from The Little Toy Store but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please e-mail us with a copy of your tax invoice and arrange for the item to be returned, at your own cost, within 30 days of the purchase date.

The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging and in original condition. We will then process your refund, less a restocking fee of 10% and any shipping cost. 

We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as The Little Toy Store is not responsible or liable for items that are lost or undelivered.

Exchanges

Only damaged or defective items may be exchanged. In the unlikely event that you receive such an item, please e-mail us within 14 days of receiving the item, with a picture of the damaged or defective item and arrange for it to be returned and exchanged, at our cost.

If the item is no longer in stock or for sale, we will provide a refund.
